Why is Anarchy div 6? Our whole LU is div 1,2, and 3 players plus we requested 2. Sorry for the trouble.

@ ninjistorm, I've just spoke with Lezard, and Night World will be dropped to D4, and ip Anarchy is going to be playing Division 1, some small changes will also happen below d4
